At Hairbestie, we take pride in the quality of our work, our products, and in our highly trained staff. With thorough prior consultations we aim to ensure 100% satisfaction to all clients. And if you are not completely satisfied we ask that you return within 14 days, because we will redo your hair at no extra charge. Of course this does not apply if you have simply changed your mind. And we cannot redo your hair on weekends or public holidays. Unfortunately, we are not in the position to provide a refund.
Product Exchange Policy
We will offer an exchange is a product is faulty in any way, but we cannot offer a refund.
Hairbestie fully adheres to the Privacy Act 1988. The Privacy Act contains a set of standards for the handling of your personal information known as the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). We will not share private information with any individual or company unless we are legally required or permitted to do so.
We prefer not to make connections or ‘friend requests’ on Facebook or most other social media. All our staff are required to adhere to the policy, and we request that our clients follow this policy too. We understand this may be inconvenient, and apologize. But if you do need to contact the salon after hours we kindly request that you utilize our official social media channels and pages on instagram(@hairbestie_artarmon ).
Deposits are required when booking keratin smoothing or any other lengthy service. We may also request deposits for new clients that are having colour services. Existing clients with a no show or cancellation history will also be required to pay deposits for any booking.
Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment.
We understand that you may occasionally suffer misadventure or unexpected delays. If you are running late please advise us as soon as possible. Arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced, which means that we may not be able to complete your hair in the time remaining. It is essential that you contact us if you are running late so that we might accommodate you.

We like to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere at out salon. In the interests of safety, and as a courtesy to other guests we ask that any parents take full responsibility for their children at all times.
